Asian-Americans accuse Harvard of bias. This admittedly deceitful South Asian student is clueless concerning affirmative action. I was told specifically by the headmaster of my high school not to disclose my race when applying for college because my SAT scores were very high. I was young and poorly advised and listened to that advice. Diversity is a value in itself and my high test scores were a result of my families high educational background. I was the third generation of people in my family with a master or doctorate. Of course, that skewed my test scores. It does not measure how someone will contribute to society. It is sad that someone with little understanding of American history and admittedly poor grades sees himself qualified to attack efforts to address inherent test score biases that are a result of a society that he knows relatively little about.
