All In : NY Congressman: Ray Kelly should not be Homeland Security chief - This nomination of Ray Kelly is totally unacceptable. President Obama must be opposed relentlessly on this issue Kelly has been a perpetrator of the unconstitutional "stop and frisk" policies in NYC and the unconstitutional privacy and 4th Amendment violations against Muslims in both NYC and New Jersey.
